• Safe deposit boxes at Riverbank Federal Credit Union are locked and secured units used to store valuable personal possessions such as jewelry, special documents, etc.
• Members may access their box anytime during lobby business hours.

• Two drive thru lanes which open at 7:30 a.m. on Monday – Friday.

• A safe and secure way to make deposits or loan payments after hours.
• Funds are posted to the account by 10:00 A.M. the next business day.

Using your account number and a 4-digit PIN you can:

• Check your balances
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Check loan balances and payments
• Access Special Services
• Check your dividends

We’re always here to help with these requests during business hours. But, after hours and even on a busy day, many members find the ability to self-service their accounts is a time saver.
