RIVERBANK FCU MOBILE APPLICATIONS
Riverbank FCU Mobile Applications periodically collect, transmit, and use geolocation information for enabling features such as, but not limited to, card use and alerts to prevent fraudulent activates, but only if the end user expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the feature(s) are being used or not at all, depending on the end user’s selection. The end user can change his/her/their location permissions at any time in their device settings.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We provide a number of additional security features at RFCU. After logging into Online Banking, your online session will "timeout" after 5 minutes of inactivity. This prevents other individuals from accessing your personal information in case you have left your PC unattended without logging out. When you submit your password and security information (image and challenge questions), they are compared with the data we have stored in our secure database. We allow you to enter this information incorrectly three times. If you enter your password or security information incorrectly more than three times, your access to RFCU’s Online Banking will be locked until you call us to reactivate the account. We monitor and record "bad login" attempts to detect any suspicious activity, such as someone trying to guess your password.
