With this valuable new service, if we detect any potentially fraudulent activity on your RFCU Debit Card you will receive a real-time Automated Fraud Alert text message from us.
If you recognize the charge, our system will immediately unblock the card so you can continue with your shopping,
If you identify the charge is fraud, your card will be permanently blocked and you can request a new card by contacting Riverbank FCU.
